Adding 48,437 square feet onto the modern facility, the plant expansion was designed and built to increase production capacity and speed lead times for its signature pneumatic vacuum conveying systems, bulk bag unloaders, vibrating feeders, and companion bulk material handling equipment. Since operations began in the expanded facility, lead times for custom conveyor orders to the United States, Canada, and Mexico have been reduced while a new Quick Ship program offers to deliver a new VS Series vacuum conveyor in as fast as two weeks.

Demonstrating the family-company’s ongoing commitment to customers worldwide, the expansion integrates design engineering, manufacturing, assembly, quality control, shipping, and related operations under one roof to streamline the entire production process. Efficiency has been improved and quality is assured as orders are consistently delivered on schedule and according to specifications.

A new, on-site testing laboratory features a full lineup of the company’s powder handling equipment including fully operating pneumatic vacuum conveying systems, bulk bag unloaders, and feeders, plus the latest in metal powder handling equipment for automating the 3D printing process at scale. A similar test laboratory in the company’s Bristol, PA headquarters offers product and material testing on full-size, fully operating conveying systems for customers in North America.
