Double Valve Flap (Powder) Locks
Double valve flap (powder) locks ensure there is no direct contact between the interior of the unit to be charged and the surrounding environment when filling containers. They also prevent hazardous substances from escaping into the environment.
VOLKMANN powder locks can be easily made inert so that no unwanted atmosphere (oxygen) passes from the lock into the receiving vessel. The lock also can prevent unwanted receiving vessel gases entering back through to the conveying process.
