Devised to help food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturers automate powder and bulk material transfer with the company’s pneumatic vacuum conveying technology as quickly as possible, the new Quick Ship program offers to deliver a new VS Series vacuum conveyor in as fast as two weeks. Accelerating the lead time, the Quick Ship program ships a conveying system from stock comprising a Multijector® vacuum pump, filter module, and filter, all ready for setup and same day operation. Companion polyurethane hose, pressure regulator, feed elbow, and suction lance are also available from stock as optional accessories.

The Volkmann VS Series vacuum conveyor is used to automatically transfer powders, pellets, granules, chips, and other dry, bulk solids from bags or from storage into a mixer, hopper, reactor, or other location. The sanitary conveyor features stainless steel construction as standard and disassembles with no tools for fast, easy cleaning.

Under the Quick Ship program, the versatile vacuum conveying system is to arrive by a predetermined date within approximately two weeks from receipt of a purchase order and 50 percent deposit. A choice of sizes is offered to meet a wide range of powder conveying requirements.
