Double Bulk Bag Unloading Station for limited space areas

A recent VOLKMANN client requirement to resolve bulk bag unloading of sodium bicarbonates in a restricted unloading area led to the development of a VOLKMANN bulk bag emptying station where two, low-profile bulk bags can be emptied simultaneously. The bulk bags are hung in harnesses and lifted using a winch. The mobile docking stations are pushed under the bulk bags and use connecting devices with low-dust emission during emptying of the bulk bags. With two feeding adapters per docking station, the material to be conveyed is fed into the subsequent processes via a total of four VOLKMANN VS250 vacuum conveyors, in this case, loading four mixers.
